Daily recipe development for our featured seasonal entree. Created a standing seasonal menu and redesigned existing food menu. Created custom tea blends, medicinal tonics, juice blends and superfood smoothies recipes for the bar. Taught a variety of cooking classes based on nutritional education and essential cooking techniques. Designed weekly e-blast newsletters promoting events, classes and seasonal offerings. Handled all public relations, including televised cooking demos, hosted events and interviewed for local blogs and magazines.

Joining forces with these Wellness Visionaries to open the first San Diego location. Developing an Organic Plant-based Superfood Food Menu to coincide with Juice Cleansing and Healthy Detoxing. In addition to new product development, my background in business management and marketing created a perfect opportunity to act as Launching GM; overseeing daily operations, training staff,
product education, ensuring sales targets, merchandising store, sourcing quality ingredients and overseeing production of 'Grab-n-Go' food for the Orange County locations.

From concept creation to launch this was a true test of innovation and skill. I developed a full line of nutritionally deigned meal plans that were made in our commercial kitchen and shipped to the cafe kiosk inside of a boutique health club. From complete branding including logo, labels, packaging to recipe development, nutritional analysis and staffing. I was hands on directing operations of all elements of this business.
