4 ounces coconut water
1/2 cup spinach
2 dates or tbsp honey (to sweeten) 
1 heaping tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon of matcha powder, unsweetened
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
1 cup ice or frozen coconut meat 

M E T H O D
combine ingredients in blender, blend on high for 20 seconds or until all ingredients are broken down and smooth
